Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the United States and select international locations. International customers, please email at info@southerncharmexpressions.com for shipping options. 

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes! Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and can vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your account will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not edit orders after they have been submitted, paid or processed. Contact us for assistance if you need to cancel an order after payment.
I didn't receive my package. Help!
If your tracking information status reads "delivered", please contact us. If it it has not been delivered, please contact the carrier directly to locate the package for file a claim. 
How do I track an order?
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number (when the items have shipped).
When will I see a credit on my return?
Typically, credits take 7-10 business days from the time we receive returned items. Contact us if you have not received your credit within that time. Depending on your bank, your credit may not show on your account until your next statement.
